Welcome
Eminence Barbell was opened in 2014 as an extension of CrossFit Eminence, however, the Club has since evolved into its own successful community. While we train in the same 5,625 square foot space as our CrossFit friends, the Barbell Club athletes are provided with dedicated hours, equipment, and both weightlifting and powerlifting programming each week, to keep our team thriving and achieving PRs. In addition to more space, having this unique partnership provides our Club athletes with unlimited access to all of the many different classes and events that are included with every membership.
Qualified coaching and expertise is at the core of what we do. Our coaches dedicate themselves to learning everything and anything about their craft, and they are required to participate in continuing education each year. And as an official Certified USA Olympic Weightlifting Club, we frequently hold both sanctioned as well as informal Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting meets, that serve to continuously challenge our athletes and keep them engaged with setting bigger and bigger goals each year.
We are an inclusive and diverse community – welcoming both those that are curious about lifting weights and just starting out, to advanced athletes. The Eminence Barbell athletes are supportive, humble and hard-working… and above all, we believe in having fun!
