With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Coach Chad is more than just a coach – he’s a mentor, motivator, and dedicated advocate. His love for fitness and strength training sparked early in life and has since evolved into a lifelong commitment in helping others unlock their full potential.

As a certified strength and conditioning specialist in multiple disciplines, Coach Chad brings a wealth of knowledge and a personalized approach to every training session. Coach Kat specializes in nutrition, bringing a blend of expertise and unwavering support to Eminence Barbell Club athletes. With a holistic approach tailored to individual needs, Coach Kat crafts personalized nutrition plans that propel members toward their own unique needs and goals, whether they seek a better physique, improved health, or enhanced performance. With her guidance, Coach Kat helps to create healthy, sound dietary habits and long-term smart lifestyle choices (not short-term “fad diets”) – while providing crucial accountability and invaluable support. Loving the dynamic blend of power, speed, strength, and agility intrinsic to Olympic weightlifting, Coach Andy has immersed himself in the sport with unwavering passion. As both a competitor and coach, he navigates the intricacies of weightlifting with experience, guiding athletes where they perform their best. Andy’s presence is felt both on the national stage and within the local weightlifting community, where he actively participates and coaches in a myriad of National and Local meets each year. Her dual certification as a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and RP Certified Nutrition Coach underscores her holistic view of fitness, emphasizing the importance of nutrition in achieving optimal performance and health. Kat’s passion, expertise, and empathetic coaching style inspire her athletes to strive for greatness, both inside and outside the gym.
